We're looking for a driven Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team in Shanghai, China.
This role offers the opportunity to take charge of developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for both ASI Logistics and ASI Movers. In this position, you will be responsible for driving content creation, managing social media channels, maintaining partnerships, and overseeing various marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
- Analyze and report the ROI of offline and online campaigns, partnerships, and memberships to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of weekly articles and posts for both entities, with a focus on promotion and SEO.
- Manage company social media accounts on WeChat, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Maintain the company's websites and liaise with IT to address any technical issues.
- Create, manage, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Design and update marketing collateral including flyers, social media graphics, company presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with local associations, chambers of commerce, companies, and institutions.
- Attend relevant industry events and represent the company as needed.
- Collaborate with various branches to develop content, templates, and communication materials tailored to their needs and target audience.
Must Have
- Can legally work in China
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A proactive attitude with strong commitment and a collaborative team spirit
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- For Chinese candidates: proficiency in English is required; French is a plus
- For foreign candidates: fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin and/or French is a plus

Nice to have
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
- Experience formatting articles for WeChat (using tools like Xiumi or alternatives) is a plus
