Responsibilities
- Follow up routing order as as well as free hand business, execute booking/pick up/declaration arrangement, feedback to customers and overseas stations on executed activities and incurred charges
- Handle operation system data input, B/L issuance, freight charges checking and invoices issuance and other documents to customers by couriers in an accurate and timely manner
- Proactively act on behalf of customers and to handle all customer service related requests and tasks in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of freight quotation (domestic and abroad)
- Assist finance colleague to push the outstanding, monitor and control all cost and income to maximize profit margin for all business
Must Have
- College graduation, above CET-4
- At least 2~3years of Operation experience in international forwarding industry on similar position
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Responsible & reliable, Demonstrate sound work ethics
Nice to have
- Major course of study in International trade, logistics, English is preferred
- French languages
